Long ago, there was a quaint district with cosy, old buildings lining the streets. City-folk rushed down the cobblestoned streets on their way to and from work while mouthwatering smells drifted out the doors of bakehouses. Today nothing of this neighbourhood reminiscent of the Old Town exists. Instead, we have a contemporary city-centre with high-rises and a patchwork of bustling city streets.

On our Stockholm City Walk, we'll discover why this district was modernised and who calls this home today.
